SOME Argentines had taken buses from neighbouring cities and camped outside overnight. Many others arrived at a Buenos Aires parking lot at dawn, forming a line stretching six blocks – a mixture of baggy eyes and determination.
They were not waiting for a pope, a king, or Taylor Swift. They were queueing to enter a budget sporting goods store.
