MENTAL health has been a hot topic for many companies. The drastic change in the external environment has led many companies to change fast and quick. The expectations of learning fast and implementing drastic change permeate all position levels in companies, which has put a toll on employees and their families.

A study conducted by Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) (2021) found that more than one-third of employees suffered mental health problems during the pandemic. The report further mentioned that the process of evaluating the mental health programme among employees is limited.
