By applying AI to the data collected from these microlearning moments, we can continuously identify individual knowledge gaps and automatically adapt the content that is pushed out to fill those gaps. This reinforces the right knowledge and behaviors continuously.
The AI element is still a relatively new element in corporate learning, but it will benefit companies in a number of ways: Personalisation to deliver the right training: Training is always tailored and specific to the learner, which can drive greater engagement.
Learners respond to learning that’s relevant, applicable, and efficient – for example, this may be regulatory updates or best practices in addressing water leaks. Personalised learning is both a magnet for existing members and a great tool for attracting new ones.
