> The Omani Programme for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation for the 2026/2027 academic year, offered by the Sultanate of Oman government, is open for applications.
> This fully-funded scholarship is offered specifically for undergraduate or bachelor’s degree studies at private higher education institutions in Oman.
> Applicants may choose any major or minor programmes, excluding medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, medical laboratory science, and education.
> Applicants must be Malaysian citizens who are not residing in Oman, not above 23 years old at the time of application, and possess a General Education Diploma or equivalent qualification completed in the 2025/2026 academic year only.
> Applicants must submit their forms and supporting documents via email to info@om-cao.com.
