> The British Council and the United Kingdom government are inviting applications for the GREAT Scholarships 2023, which offer Malaysian students the opportunity to undertake postgraduate studies in the UK from autumn 2023.
> With over 12,000 Malaysian students choosing to study in the UK each year, the GREAT Scholarships aim to build on the strong links between the UK and Malaysia, and continue to welcome Malaysian students to the UK.
> Each scholarship is worth a minimum of £10,000 (RM54,044) towards tuition fees for a one-year postgraduate course in the UK for the 2023-24 academic year. > Students intending to apply for the scholarships must have received an offer of entry from one of the participating universities, and must satisfy all entry requirements for the chosen course as stated by the respective university.
> The participating universities are: Anglia Ruskin University, Cranfield University, University of Nottingham, University of Strathclyde, Sheffield Hallam University, University of Hull, Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, University of Plymouth, University of Stirling, University of Bolton, Imperial College London, St. George’s University of London, Teesside University, and University of Kent.
