IT is essential that higher education institutions train students to apply various forms of communications in their activity domains.
The recommendation was put forth by Assoc Prof Dr Hafriza Burhanudeen (pic) recently, as she stressed the need for tertiary students, especially those entering the workforce soon, to develop an enhanced communication skill set, following the widespread use of online communication in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
