Foreign students appealing to return

WE understand that these are challenging times for the country and around the world but the constant change in the plans in regard to the entry of international students have affected our education and personal lives immensely.

We were told that as of Aug 1, new international students would be allowed in but 10 days later, the decision was put on hold.
