MENTAL health has become a subject of discussion over recent years not only in Malaysia but also internationally due to increased mental health problems among adults.

With the theme for World Mental Health Day being suicide prevention, the Centre for Psychological and Counselling Services (CPCS) which is under HELP University’s Faculty of Behavioural Sciences, organised a forum to discuss the topic of suicide prevention with its psychology students.
