AWARE that Malaysia has a deficit of young leaders, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad jump started the Malaysia Future Leaders School (MFLS) programme.

Aimed at instilling leadership qualities and good values among the youths in order to strengthen and harness their potential to be great leaders in the future, the Prime Minister says it was created according to the principle of the Japan Future Leaders School but adapted to the Malaysian landscape.
