Teachers get appreciation certs

THE Rotary Club of Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang organised a Teachers Day Appreciation Night recently.

The club identified five teachers in Klang. They are Hemamalini Rawindran who taught dyslexia students to excel in their studies; Phiolmina Lawrence Fernandez who has been teaching in an International school for the last 17 years; Cheryl Sharmini Francis who has been providing free education to orphans and single mothers; Ratna Prema Kumari who was a language trainer at Montfort Boys Home and Sabbir Ali Hussin, who has taught in government schools since 1969 and has served as a teacher, trainer, motivator and examiner.
