National Union of the Teaching Profession (NUTP) secretary-general Lok Yim Pheng proves that Malaysian teachers can make a mark outside the classroom after getting re-elected as an exco member of Education International (EI).
Lok, who has been an exco member of EI since 2004, received a majority vote to serve another term at its Fifth World Summit held in Berlin, Germany, recently from the 30 million teacher membership.
