KOLEJ Tunku Abdul Rahman (TARC) won the annual PNB Investment Quiz (higher learning institution category) organised by Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB) and bagged the prize money of RM8,000 and a trophy.
This was the first time TARC won the top spot since it started participating two years ago.
