THE pioneer batch of international cuisine students graduated recently from Taylor's College School of Hospitality and Tourism (TCHT) after eight weeks of intensive training in fine international cuisine.
The 11 graduates, consisting of professionals and students from diverse backgrounds, completed the programme where they learned how to prepare a variety of appetizers and main courses and create their own menus.
