AFTER being in Universiti Malaya (UM) for more than 40 years, renowned historian Prof Emeritus Dr Khoo Kay Kim finds it hard to stay away, even for a day, from his alma mater.
“My story about Universiti Malaya is a long one – from Bukit Timah, (in Singapore) to Lembah Pantai (in Kuala Lumpur). I went into UM in 1956 and have never really left,” says Prof Khoo.
