A legacy preserved

IN order to capture the essence of Baba-Nyonya culture, Sunway University College’s (SUC) School of Hospitality and Tourism Management students recently held a charity luncheon which focused on Nyonya cuisine.

The sumptuous spread featured dainty Nyonya delicacies such as prawn crackers with sambal, otak-otak, spring rolls and pie tee as well as assam fish served with nasi kerabu, chicken pongteh and an array of mouth-watering desserts.
