The industrial training component, incorporated in Utar’s degree programmes, enables students to discover and familiarise themselves with the industry of their discipline, and to observe real life practices. It also provides students with opportunities to interact and network with professionals within the industry.
To help students obtain an industrial placement, Utar’s Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FICT) recently organised an industrial training open interview for its second year undergraduates to allow students to experience interview procedures before graduating.
