THE BAT Malaysia Foundation and the National Tobacco Board (NTB) awarded a total of RM90,000 to 180 students from the tobacco farming and curing community who will be pursuing their education in local institutions of higher learning  

Valued at RM500 each, the Higher Education Starter Kit (HESK) aims to cover the preliminary costs involved for books, clothes and transportation of the recipients commencing their higher education at local universities and colleges.
