TO raise awareness about the importance of gaining accreditation for private educational institutions,the National Accreditation Body (LAN) launched its Accreditation Campaign recently.
LAN chief executive officer Prof Datuk Dr Mohamed Suleiman said that till today, many private institutions had still not come forward to get accreditation. Records show that at the moment, only 20% of courses offered by private institutions are accredited.
