German honour for student


MALAYSIAN student, Chow Yin Lai, a mechatronics and micro-system technology major at the University of Applied Sciences in Heilbronn, Baden-Würrtemberg, has been awarded a DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) prize of 800 euro (RM3,840) for his excellent work and social skills which have helped in the integration of other foreign students in the region.  

The modest Yin Lai commented: “Foreign students arrive here all the time. I just help them adjust, that’s all.”
