Decent work for China moms in S'pore
MOTHERS from China who accompany their children studying in Singapore can work in the city-state if they avoid “objectionable” jobs in establishments such as lounges or massage parlours. The decision brought some relief to the women, numbering between 1,000 and 2,000 in Singapore, where they are known as “study mamas”.
