THE Malaysian English Language Teaching Association (Melta) will hold a workshop, entitled A Skills-based Approach to Teaching English for Science and Technology (EST), on July 26 at its office in Petaling Jaya.
Conducted by Melta president Dr Malachi Edwin Vethamani and Too Wei Keong, a lecturer at New Era College, the workshop will address issues related to the teaching of EST in secondary schools, focusing on the need to examine content and teaching strategies.
