Prime kolam breaks record

A KOLAM measuring 336.3 feet long (102.5m), made by the Indian Cultural Society of Prime College, has entered The Malaysia Book of Records. It beat the previous record of a 250-foot (76.2m) kolam made by Tuanku Abdul Rahman College students.

The Prime College kolam – in peacock motifs of six colours – was created at the concourse area of The Summit shopping centre in Subang Jaya, in a huge zig-zag pattern.
