MEMBERS of the public will be able to see the Geminids meteor shower today and tomorrow, when the Earth has its yearly passage through the debris field left by the 3200 Phaethon asteroid.
This causes the debris to enter our atmosphere and burn very quickly, creating a light show known as a meteor shower.
