STUDENTS of Penang Medical College (PMC), which has a partnership with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and University College Dublin, will have the privilege to be trained in these prestigious Irish institutions.
University College Dublin (UCD) dean of Medicine Prof Patrick Murray said the twinning programme by PMC offered the advantage of an Irish medical degree which was recognised internationally.
