Civil servants must be more competent these days, says Ali

JOHOR BARU: Civil servants should remain relevant in the current work environment by having a more innovative mentality said Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa.

He stressed that it is important for civil servants to uphold the country’s public service to a higher level but questioned whether the sector was able to handle the current challenges and meet the expectations of the rakyat.
