Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Group (KellyOCG), the outsourcing and consulting group of Kelly Services, recently launched its Active Life Planning (ALP) and Life Options Profile (LOP) programmes designed to prepare the nation’s maturing workforce for their journey towards retirement and their next career.

ALP is an educational programme that is meant to help those currently in the workforce with their planning for a sustainable retirement. This programme is powered by LOP as the first pre-retirement assessment tool in the world to be made available in Bahasa Malaysia.
