FREESTYLE football, which started out as an urban underground art movement, has been growing in popularity all over the world.
Freestyle tricks are divided into four main categories — ‘Upperbody’ (head, chest and shoulders), ‘Lowerbody’ or ‘Air Moves’ (juggling with the legs), ‘Sitdown’ (juggling while sitting), and ‘Groundmoves’ (grounded dribbling moves).
