THE Real Estate & Housing Development Association (Rehda) hopes to see some assistance from the Federal Government for first-time house buyers in the soon-to-be-tabled Budget 2015.
Rehda Penang chairman Datuk Jerry Chan Fook Sing said the assistance could be either in the form of developers’ interest bearing scheme (DIBS) or special interest loans.
