ADAPTING to the lifestyle in Penang was not difficult for Dr Chai Ming Hock as he had studied in the state before.
The 36-year-old journalism lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) moved to Penang from Kuching, Sarawak, five years ago but he had been an undergraduate at the very same university from 1998 to 2001.
