THE LANDOWNER of the property in Bukit Hijau that has been used to dump rubbish, particularly construction waste, has been given five days to clear the dumpsite.
Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) Urban Services Department director Mubarak Junus said a notice was served on the private landowner.
