ENGINEERING student Kok Kah Seng could not believe his ears when he heard that he and his teammates had won the grand prize in the Laureate Award For Excellence in Robotic Engineering in Madrid, Spain.
“Our creation may look like the ‘R2D2’ robot from the Star Wars movie but we really designed and assembled our winning model from a disused wastepaper bin,” he said.
