ROAD fatalities occur more frequently during Saturdays, Sundays and Tuesdays, say the police.

George Town district traffic administration Inspector Muhammad Najib Zulkifli said statistics and research done by the district police headquarters last year found that most road fatalities on those days were due to drink driving.
