I started writing this column just after our badminton team beat the mighty Indonesians on Friday evening to enter the Thomas Cup final. We now stand a good chance of winning the Thomas Cup again after our last triumph in 1992.

OUR team led by World No. 1 Datuk Lee Chong Wei swept aside Indonesia 3.0 in the Thomas Cup semi-finals on Friday.
