GRADUATES Ong May Xian and Low Harn Shiang stood tall among their peers when they were adjudged the best graduating students in diploma and degree programmes respectively at the 23rd Disted College Penang graduation ceremony.
Ong, 21, topped the Diploma in Business Studies graduating batch while Low, 25, obtained the Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance with second class first division honours.
