THE Selangor government should increase funds for low-cost housing schemes, mainly flats, under its annual budget as many are in dilapidated conditions, said Subang Jaya assemblyman Hannah Yeoh.
The flats, she added, needed upgrading but the dwellers were unable to do so due to lack of funds.
