Into the mangrove classroom

Students and teachers from seven countries learned more about mangroves and their critical role in Malaysia’s ecosystem.

They also waded through ankle-deep mud and brackish water in Morib to take part in a beach clean-up where they encountered long-tail macaques, mud-skippers and crabs.
