MPK repaves residents’ driveway entrances

DRIVEWAY entrances of several houses in Jalan Mengkuang that were not repaved on completion of Syarikat Bekalan Air (Syabas) Bhd’s pipe replacement programme, have been resurfaced by the Klang Municipal Council (MPK).

MPK had to step in because private contractors engaged to do the repaving work had allegedly solicited payment from houseowners. Some residents paid but others complained to MPK.
