THE Penang Water Supply Corporation have finally decided to give the all clear for football club PBAPP FC to discard their all-local outlook in their ongoing Premier League campaign.

That decision came in the wake of PBAPP FC’s below par performance since embarking on their League campaign on Jan 24 after gaining promotion to the Malaysian second-tier League.
