Golfers swing to a tune of RM70,000 raised for charity

GOLFERS who took part in a Charity Golfathon 2014 at the Penang Golf Club (formerly known as Bukit Jambul Country Club) raised RM70,000 for a good cause.

Organising chairman Pang Theng Heoh, from the Lions Club of Tanjong, said the club initially aimed to raise RM50,000 from the event.
