KUCHING: A straight fight between Pakatan Rakyat and Barisan Nasional is shaping up in the Balingian by-election despite talk of independent candidates entering the fray.
PKR state vice-chairman See Chee How said the party also hoped that it would be a straight fight come nomination day this Monday as this would increase its winning chances.
