THE controversial ‘Kancil car park’, which is being rebuilt at the foot of Penang Hill in Air Itam, is about 40% complete.
Penang Development Corporation (PDC) deputy general manager (I) Iskandar Basha Abdul Kadir said construction had currently reached the third floor of the car park.
