Police arrest a Myanmar national who tried to kill two political leaders

KOTA TINGGI: The police have solved the case involving the two Myanmar political leaders who narrowly escaped being shot in Bukit Bintang here following the arrest of a Myanmar national recently.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said that the incident involving the attempted murder of Rakhine Nationalities Development Party chairman Dr Aye Maung and Arakan League for Democracy Party chairman Aye Thor Aung was solved.
