PENANG Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has suggested that Penang’s second oldest building – the Government House - be used as a centre for animators to be inspired.
Lim said the state government could not allocate funds to renovate the 210-year-old building which is sited in the compound of SMK Convent Light Street in George Town.
