Designers make horse kites in conjunction with the Year of the Horse

JOHOR BARU: The Year of the Horse is being celebrated at the 19th World Kite Festival as the animals were seen “galloping” across the sky in Pasir Gudang here.

Chinese kite designer from Shandong, Weifang, Tan Xinbo, 48, said that the idea to make a 3-D horse kite came to him because he wanted to pay tribute to the Year of Horse in conjunction with the Lunar New Year.
