HARMONY reigned as some 2,000 people from the Seberang Jaya constituency turned up at a Chinese New Year (CNY) open house in Taman Janggus Jaya near Bukit Mertajam.
The event was jointly organised by the Taman Janggus Rukun Tetangga Community and Village Security and Development Committee as well as Seberang Jaya assemblyman Dr Afif Bahardin’s service centre.
