Dance music fans converge at SIC for knockout rave

Dutch duo W&W (short for Willem and Ward) performing at the smaller Star Arena to hundreds of raving EDM fans at Sepang for Heineken Thirst 2013.

FOR over seven hours, Sepang International Circuit played host to one of the most extensive roll calls of EDM (electronic dance music) artistes at the Heineken Thirst event.

The rave saw about 20,000 EDM fans streaming in, with two stages — the Green Stage, for the headline acts; and Star Arena for a more eclectic EDM experience.
