Abuse of public parking by mobile vendors who permanently operate at Jalan 52/8, Petaling Jaya
The Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) had issued licences to mobile food operators with the condition they must move around in residential areas and not stay stationary.
However, MBPJ has stopped issuing new licences to them since 2010.
