CHIEF Minister Lim Guan Eng said not all hawkers earned at least RM11,000 per month which is roughly what an assemblymen earns.
He was responding to a statement by Deputy Health Minister Datuk Dr Hilmi Yahaya that Lim should not make a fuss over the RM50 fee for a food-handling course since some hawkers were earning more than assemblymen.
