SOME 3,000 decorative lights and lanterns will be hung up along several major streets in Penang during the Chinese New Year (CNY) celebration.
The decorations are new designs using new lanterns, said Penang Municipal Council Recreation, Tourism and International Affairs Department director Mohamed Akbar Mustapha.
