PROFESSIONAL photographers from various countries in Asia will be looking forward to a colourful tour around Penang during the 24th Congress of the Federation of Asian Photographic Art (Fapa).
Some 400 of them from China, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and other Asian countries will be attending the congress from Tuesday to Jan 18.
